Service Description

Practice bringing balance and harmony into life through hatha yoga, breathwork, and guided meditation. Hatha yoga focuses on alignment by staying in poses for longer than one breath. This allows our body to slow down, settle into, and really feel each pose. This builds strength and increases flexibility in not only our body but also our mind. The ultimate goal of hatha yoga is to direct chi (life force energy) into our central channel and draw it up towards our crown chakra. Hatha Yoga also follows the principles of non-violence (Ahimsa) and compassion towards oneself and others. It encourages us to listen to our body, respect its limitations, and practice self-care. Each week will have a different theme, and there will be time to journal about your experience afterwards. • Open to all levels. • Registration encouraged, drop-ins welcome. • Mats, props, + journals (yours to keep!) provided.  Instructor bio: Samantha Lynn has been practicing yoga, herbalism, and holistic health since 2016. She is a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200hr), a Reiki Level 1 and 2 practitioner, and has her own herbal skincare brand, Wholistic Herbals. She completed her training in herbalism at the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine, in yoga at Yoga Renew Teacher Training, in Reiki at the Purple Door Source, and in horticulture at FLCC. She created Wildflower Wellness as a way to reconnect people with their sense of self and the natural world. Samantha offers Usui Reiki and Chakra Balancing sessions, Yoga classes, and many workshops to uplift and support our community. Personally, she enjoys music, art, dance, spirituality, and sharing her love and wisdom with all who are open!
